STRAITS HOUSE with private swimming pool
A grand 90-year-old Eurasian house originally from Penang featuring four bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom, private outdoor pool and garden - making it ideal for families or groups of up to 8 persons. Whilst Its exterior has been retained to preserve the original charm, the interior of the house has a modern look with bright sunny yellow and vibrant sky-blue hues adorning the walls of its’ bedrooms. This magnificent house, built by a Chinese family in Batu Pahat, Johor, has travelled the furthest distance to its new home at Temple Tree. Built around 100 years ago originally as a farmhouse, some of the design is inspired by Taiwanese influence. NEGERI SEMBILAN HOUSE

PENANG HOUSE
Originally situated next to busy Gurney Drive in Penang, this house was built in the early 1930s by a Chinese contractor and was very typical of its time. The original exterior colour has been kept as with the two entrances. The interiors are painted white with turquoise shutters and touches of raspberry & lime green. COLONIAL HOUSE
This very large, stately Colonial House came from Georgetown, Penang. Built by Arabs in the '20s who were goldsmith traders. They would have been rich and had western style which shows with the architectural touches such as the cornices, floor tiles and fishscale design canopy over the porch. It is now the ultimate party house for five sets of friends or a large family or corporate gatherings. Colonial Hall located on ground floor is a huge common area with bar, dining table for 10 and lots of lounge spaces, combined with two bedrooms downstairs and three upstairs, making it a perfect space for a private venue for meetings or brainstorming sessions (Colonial Hall can accommodate maximum 20 persons). The two downstairs bedrooms both have separate entrances and outdoor private gardens with wooden tubs and sunloungers. Upstairs, Colonial 3, is a large space with bedroom and living space as one and a separate bath hall with a wooden bathtub. Colonial 4, at the front, is the showpiece of the villa, with a shutter veranda, a separate living space, and 2 separate bedrooms both with ensuites. Plantation House is a great option for a group of 18 persons with 3 separate shared common area to hangout and relax.
